SWEATY BETTY OPENING EVENT

For those that couldn’t make it, here is the recipe for my Green Beauty Smoothie that I made in the demo…..

BEAUTY GREEN SMOOTHIE

(rich in vitamins and minerals for glowing and radiant skin)
Serves 1-2

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut water (preferably raw and organic)
1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce
1 cup Kale
Pinch Parsley
1 tsp wheatgrass juice powder (optional)
1/2 cup roughly chopped cucumber
lcm cube of ginger
Dash of freshly squeezed lemon or lime
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup peeled and diced kiwi fruit
3 ice cubes

METHOD:
Pour the coconut water into the blender.
Place the romaine lettuce, kale, parsley and wheatgrass powder on top.
Blend together beginning on a low speed and gradually increasing.
Mix until smooth.
Add the cucumber, ginger, lemon/lime juice, mango, kiwi and ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately – over ice depending how chilled you prefer it.
