Key Takeaways

  • You need to control blood sugar and keep inflammation low for longevity
  • The success of any diet is down to the ability of someone to consistently keep their blood sugar in a healthy range
  • There are three areas to concentrate on insulin sensitivity, glucose transport and glucose disposal agents, all of these areas need to be balanced against each other
  • Insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body
  • If you can’t dispose of your glucose into a muscle or an organ it goes into fat
  • Maintaining muscle mass is the number one determining factor in ageing and quality of life
  • Cognibiotics was designed to put the bacteria cultures that are proven to develop neurochemicals
  • You should aim to repair the gut in the morning, feed your brain with the right amino acids  and in the evening clean up the mess of the day
  • There is a level that people dip below that will trigger food cravings
  • Most people only eat around twenty-five different things
  • Use a CGM and track the different individual foods, identify the variances
  • Eliminate the things you can’t control and regulate the things you can control
  • When you track and have data it’s important to journal your day and have qualitative data as well as quantitative data

Best Moments

‘The modern world has damaged the robustness of our bacteria response

‘The CGM is really critical in helping you understand how your diet is working for you

‘Blood sugar dis-regulation is contributing to the top three diseases and is the challenge of the modern person
