Key Takeaways
- All of our different brainwaves are important in the right context
- At night we cycle through all the different brainwaves and this builds our neurotransmitters
- When we are in a higher state of gamma we emit 200 times more light energy and the light energy is instructing your mitochondria to change your gene expression
- The more neuroplasticity we can bring into the brain the more our genes can express at their healthiest point
- Optimism is the key for the brain to function at its highest level
- In biohacking everyone needs to look at their own results and work out what works for them and implement it consistently
- We only use a limited amount of the total information available to us
- As we open up to the world opportunities open up that previously have been hidden because of our self-sabotaging behaviours
- We have to fix ourselves and realise that we live in a space of infinite abundance
- When we can start to change the paradigm of what we are doing we are moving into the thriving parasympathetic states
- When we monitor our brains and behaviours we are more able to predict our future, rather than our future predict our life
- We can change how we consciously participate in creating what we want
- You don’t have to have a breakdown to have a breakthrough you can choose to make a change
- People who survive and thrive have choices and you can learn to be a choice generator
Best Moments
‘People who are in joy and happiness produce 200 times more light energy, we are projecting our protons outwards all the time’
