THE SECRET SMOOTHIE FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN
GLOWING GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of Coconut Water (preferably pink, raw and organic!)
- 1/2 cup of Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup of Kale
- A pinch of Parsley
- 1 tsp of Wheatgrass Juice Powder (optional but preferable)
- 1/2 cup of roughly chopped Cucumber
- 1cm cube of Ginger
- Dash of freshly squeezed Lemon or Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup of diced Mango
- 1/2 cup of peeled and diced Kiwi Fruit
- 3 Ice Cubes
BLEND THE GREENS FIRST
- Pour the Coconut Water into the Blender.
- Place the Romaine Lettuce, Kale, Parsley and Wheatgrass Powder on top
- Start on a low speed and gradually increase
- Blend until smooth.
NEXT ADD THE CUCUMBER, MANGO AND KIWI
- Add the Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon/Lime Juice, Mango, Kiwi and Ice Cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately – over ice depending on how chilled you like it….
